Payment and fees
Please call for our monthly private lesson fee.
All fees are payable in advance. We suggest a three (3) month minimum for all lessons.
There is a one-time registration fee of $30.00.
We require a credit card on file from which the payments will be deducted every month. Any payment that does not clear or is received past the due date will incur an additional $25.00 fee. Payments for the next month are due on the last lesson of the current month.
All issues dealing with groove school academy shall be addressed with the director, and not with the individual instructors.
Withdrawals require a 30-day written notice. Any withdrawal with less than the required notice, or given in any other manner, will incur a forfeiture of the remaining tuition and a $25.00 drop fee.
Each student has the opportunity to reschedule 1 missed lesson per 3 month period and we’ll make our best effort to reschedule in a timely manner. Any missed lessons after the first one will not be rescheduled. If groove music school must cancel classes due to circumstances beyond of our control, the missed lessons will be credited to the student’s account.
